1. Booking and payment is required prior to lessons.
2. A student may reschedule a booked class by notifying so in a skype message.
3. No notification of cancellation by student will incur a NO SHOW and the session may or may not be reimbursed.
4. In the event of poor internet connection which prevents the smooth delivery of the session, the class will be rescheduled to another available time.
5. The teacher may reschedule a class in the event of unforeseen circumstances, prior notification should be given to the student and the session will be reimbursed with another.
6. Payments are non refundable. However session may be reimbursed.
7. Lessons are primarily done via Skype however students may request another suitable platform if skype is unavailable.
8. Students may contact via Email or skype message.
